I am very excited to be running my Diastasis Recti course again in St Albans. It will run for 4 weeks from Saturday 25th February onwards at The Pilates Workshop, Ronsons Way, AL4 9PU from 9.15am-10.30am.
The sessions will focus on myofascial release alongside strengthening exercises to help you get your pelvic floor and abdominals functioning more effectively after pregnancy.
