I believe Pilates is for everyone. Your Pilates class experience will be tailored to your specific needs, whether you are looking for a remedial, rehabilitative or recreational outcome. Pilates brings together mind and body, the enjoyment of movement and a sound anatomical and somatic foundation and produces long lasting results.

I specialise working remedially and have experience working with a whole range of conditions including general back pain, slipped discs, sciatica, scoliosis, frozen shoulder, sacroiliac problems, pelvic girdle pain, whiplash, rheumatoid arthritis and osteoporosis.

I have just taught a very interesting class. A personal trainer came to me with 2 slipped discs in his lumbar region and wanted some advice as to how best to support it and avoid things getting worse.
