Pilates Workshop for Bikram fans Sunday 26th April

This workshop will aim to teach you the basic principles of Pilates and how you can incorporate this into your yoga practice. The workshop will introduce the Pilates breath and how this can be used to effectively engage your abdominal muscles while running through basic Pilates exercises to strengthen and challenge you.

We will aim to learn about our bodies, addressing any current imbalances and helping you to achieve your movement potential with a sound anatomical foundation to achieve long lasting results.
