I have already posted about why new mums shouldn’t be doing crunches but recently I have had a few new clients who have been struggling with their new bodies since the births of their children due to the separation of the abdominals that happened during the pregnancy. Very excited that after doing Carolyn Anthony’s Pelvic dysfunction course last year, I have signed up for her Pregnancy and Postnatal specialist course to further my knowledge. This will mean that I have just a few more courses left and I will be qualified as a Woman’s Wellness Specialist with MBodies training academy.

If anyone wants to come along to my new postnatal Pilates classes in St Albans they will get to find out all that I learned! :)
